WORKOUTS VARY DEPENDING ON THE CLASS. CLASSES WILL LAST APPROX 45 MINS TO 1 HOUR. THIS TIME INCLUDES GETTING IN THE BUNGEE, THE WARMUP, WORKOUT AND COOL DOWN TIME. AS YOU PROGRESS FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCE CLASSES THE WORKOUT TIME WILL CHANGE.
PARTICIPANTS MUST NOT BE PREGNANT IF ANY PRIOR HEALTH CONDITIONS OR CONCERNS YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS
